1. Gonnorhea

Gonorrhea is called Sujak in Hindi & Puhmeh in Ayurveda. This Disease is related to intercourse. So this is called Venereal Disease (V.D.) or Sexual Transmitted Disease (S.T.D.).This cause swelling in the Sexual organs of Man/ Woman. This disease is spread through germs called Gonococcus which can also be called "Neisseria Gonorrhea" in mucus due to infection.

Male/ female Sexual organs suffered with inflammation and due to this mucus mixed liquid comes out from the infected area. If this should not taken care in time it can spread to other parts of the body. It can effect the rectum, mucous membrane, nervous system, sensorial, muscles, tendons & Iris. It has been observed that in some cases it has infected even Pericardium, Pleura, Meningese. It can also cause some other major diseases.

The germs of Gonococcus can only be visible through microscope after taking the mucus of Gonorrhea on slide and observing by microscope germs can be visible from quantity of 2 to 20 or more. At the first stage these germs can be seen on mucus cells or the mucous membrane of urinal genital tract but when the vaginal liquid mixes with mucus , these germs enter inside the cells and after examination that liquid in lab only a specialist can find them.

To get a proper remedy of Gonorrhea it is necessary first to identify the germs of Gonorrhea. These germs can be removed as the liquid dries but it is very hard to remove them in cool and wet conditions. So doctors has come to a final conclusion that after increasing the temperature of Gonorrhea's patient's body these germs can be removed very quickly and easily. The germicide gels are also very helpful in this disease.

2. Gonorrhea Symptoms in Men

Incubation Period
Doing intercourse with the patient of Gonorrhea, Gonococcus enter into the partner's body and after this with in 3-5 days or 3 weeks symptoms of this disease become visible in the effected person's body. In exceptional cases it takes more than given time. this period is very much depends upon the quantity of the germs entered and the resistance power of the patient's body.

In the starting it gives a little irritation on the sexual organ of the patient and penis releases the mucus mixed liquid and after the proper examination the infection can be find out and after knowing about the infection one should immediately go to the specialist and get proper medicine. But due to lack of knowledge and shyness of most of the patients, things started getting more worsen by not taking proper suggestion and aid. As the time passes the stage of the patient becomes more critical and causes swelling in the Urethra and gives swear pain during releasing urine, the colour of urine converts to pale yellow as mucus mixes into urine. It creates tremendous amount of irritation and due to this irritation penis erects itself doing sleeping and gives a lot of pain and this pain is called "Chordee" in medical language. After 5-6 weeks of the infection these germs enter into Prostate Gland and causes swelling into seminal tube, prostateglnd, mucous membrane of urinal genital tract. It also effects the sperm cells with infection and can cause impotency. After this these germs enter into blood stream and starts effecting joints and other parts of body. So if the infected person comes to doctor at first preference then doctor first tries to stop the swelling and infection of urinal genital tract and also tries to stop the germs to mix into blood stream.

3. Gonorrhea in Women

In women this disease effects Urethra and Cervical Canal most apart from these, these germs also effect the Bartholin Gland which comes next to vagina.

In the case of women, these germs are more effective and dangerous in both the minor and mature women than the young ones. After entering into the cells these germs start destroying the cells and also destroy the white blood corpuscles (W.B.C.).
In women these enter into cervical canal and cause swelling and blockage in fallopian tube. Due to this the Ovum (egg) finds itself unable to reach to uterus and woman remain issueless.

If this disease is not cured at the right time then Gonococcus mix themselves into blood and start infecting the other parts of the body. As this disease gets older it effects the joints, muscles and eyes of the patient. In some case it gives the way to Pleurisy, Meningitis, Neuritis, Encephalitis, Endocarditic. It can also cause Osteo-My-Elitis. As the infection increases it gives the way to dangerous diseases like Nephritis. It also causes poisonous effect in blood and create many allergy sort of skin problems.
